Fatigue in the 21st century

Are you a victim of over abusing your body? Do you drag yourself into bed at night, and then 5 to 6 hours later, you are dragging your butt out of bed? Why are we in such a hurry to rush our life away? Well, as so many people, I fall in this same catagory.

The conference in New Mexico that I just attented, "The Traditions in Western Folk Herbalism", really opened my eyes to many new things. First off...I need to slow down in my life and smell the roses! I need to take time and enjoy my surroundings. I wake up in the mornings and grab a diet coke to help wake my body up. It's a wonder my body is still working.

In my practice, I see a lot of people who come to me in very slow motion. They are lacking energy, with body aches from head to toes. They have been sent away from their Medical Dr's with handfuls of prescriptions saying it's all in their heads, that there is nothing wrong with their health. As I start working with my clients, I investigate their life patterns, and it is obvious that they are suffering from extreme fatigue.

What is fatigue? Is it in the health catagories as: Fibromyagia...Chronic Fatigue...Depression...Exhausted Adrenals... In my personal opionion, it all falls into the same catagory! We are buring the candle at both ends, and the flame has just burned out!
In the next few blogs, I am going to address many natural approaches that we can do to nourish ourselves back to normal balance. It's going to require healthy nutrition, exercise, and vitamins and herbal potions.

For today, I would like to challenge everyone to go for a walk around your neighborhood. Get some fresh air. Take your dog or your loved one with you. Enjoy your surroundings. Take in the scenery. Stop and literally smell the flowers or bushes along your path.

Before going to bed, take a hot and cold shower. It helps get the blood flowing and helps strengthen the immune system. Hot and cold water therapy has been used for thousands of years with amazing results. Hippocrates the Father of Natural healing was known for his knowledge of hot and cold water applications. Alternating hot and cold water is a great body balancer. Hot water draws old and tired blood out of the internal organs and helps with circulation and opens up the pores to pull out toxins. Cold water sends fresh blood back to the organs and nourishes the core of the body. You should do a couple of cycles of hot and cold water and the finish up with the warm water. This water therapy alone has been known to help with depression and other life threatening illnesses.

After taking your walk and doing your water therapy, it's time to unwind and finish up your day with a relaxing cup of herbal tea. I reccommend herbs that have a relaxing effect such as: Kava Kava, Chammomile, Passionflower, Skullcap, Peppermint or Spearmint, Blue Vervain just to name a few. Sleepytime tea is also a popular one. Give one of them a try and find your favorite. Add honey or Agave Nectar to taste. If you are still needing a little extra relaxation supplement, try rubbing Kava Calm Balm on your feet to help bring about grounding the body. Try rubbing the balm and or Lavender Kava Calm Lotion on and around the neck to relax stressed out muscles and to help the body relax. The herb Kava is a great muscle relaxer, and with it being the number one ingredient in the balm it penetrates in for fast acting muscle relaxer. Give it a try tonight. You will be amazed of how good you will feel.

Take care, and watch for more blogs on Fatigue.

New and upcoming projects

As you can tell by the picture... We are venturing out in the world of soap. It's good clean fun! We've taken our soap process one step further and we're incorporating our popular oils from our balms to our soaps to bring anti fungal and anit bacterial protection for the whole family. What else could you ask for? OK...for folks like me who don't like to rise with the chickens, I'm creating a morning time soap to wake you up in the shower. I think we'll have to make a commercial on that one. Any volunteers? Who likes to sing in the shower? Ok...more updates on how the soap process is going. Anyone who would like some free soap (my guinea pigs...hahaha) when you make a order for Mobu products, just mention to Lena, or anyone else on the end of the phone that you want to be brave and try some soap. Come on now...try it, you'll like it. Besides, not to much in life is free. Give us a call. 877-396-6628 It's our S.O. S. soap.

Great news! The Kombucha Tea is turning out so wonderful. Billy Bob my Husband and human robot taste tester and big time guinea pig just loves sippin on the "Booch" tea. He has not had any indigestion since drinking his 2 to 4 oz everyday. It is so nice to have his 3:00 AM ritual of tossing and turning reaching for his antacids finally gone. So for all of you who suffer with the indigestion and upset tummy, you should really think about giving Kombucha Tea a try.

It's back to school for me. I'm off to New Mexico for Herbal conference. I'm looking so forward to this. Great teachers who continue to inspire me today. Here's their website with all the details:http://www.traditionsinwesternherbalism.org/classes.html

Have a great week. Thanks for following. Let me know if there's anything I can blog about. I'm never loss of words. lol.

Here's to your good health. Cheers!

Kombucha Tea

Kombucha Tea has been really getting a lot of media attention lately due to the fact that all brews have been taken off the shelves at all health food stores. What's the big to do about this mystery brew that is fermented by a odd looking form of a mushroom? Is there really any truth about alcohol being the reason it was pulled off the store shelves?

OK...my curiosity got the best of me this last week. I have delved into the deep blue sea of Kombucha Tea and really did my homework. What was the fuss about this tangy sour fermented brew? Is it the wonder brew that everyone says it is?
I was lucky enough to find one last bottle of Kombucha Tea in one of the local health food stores refrigerated area. Citrus Flavor. Ok. Be careful I tell myself. Warnings on the bottle...Do not shake! I slowly open the bottle and much to my surprize.....volcanic eruption...This stuff explodes! Combustion power!!! After digging in the glove box for napkins to clean up my carelessness, I decided to take a swig. MMMMM...Not Bad. It definately had a sour taste, kind-of hard to compare to anything else I've tasted. It definately didn't taste like Tea I've ever tasted, and I'm a big time tea drinker. I've heard others compare it to Beer. I find it hard to compare to beer, because I can't even stand the smeel let alone the taste of beer. (Besides gathering up the stale beer and washing my hair)

Couple hours later, I'm still full of energy, no mid day slump, no nap time needed, and no need of caffeine. By-the way...no feeling of alcohol in the Kombucha Tea. I would have felt it, cuz I'm pretty sensitive to things like that. My luck I would have been pulled over for a DUI if it had alcohol in it.

To make a fermented story short...let's just say... I just received my Scogie in the mail. It's my baby mushroom and I'm ready to start Kombuchin it! I have my brew on and in 7 to 10 days, I'm going to be ready to bottle it!. I love new projects. I will post lots of pictures and results later. Yum-O....I'm excited!

Have a great Labor Day Holiday. Cheers!

Pizza can be Healthy and Yummy!!!

Have you ever been home at night, kicked back in a reclining position, when all of the sudden you see a pizza commercial on t.v. , and you are spell bound into jumping up and calling the number for fast free delivery? After you awake from the carbohydrate nightmare, your body is in shock from such abuse. Not so much from eating the pizza, but from earlier that day working out at the gym, and then from eating like a bird all day long. The night time splurging can really be a killer on the body. I am definitely a victim of this abuse. A saying that I've always liked...second on the lips, forever on the hips...

Marrying into the Cole Family presented lots of fun! The Cole's are famous for their Cole's Angels Pizza, and Satan Sandwiches. Food has always been the focal point of lots of get together. Most of us are very good eaters with weight issues and other health issues. My in-laws have had to sell the pizza business due to my Mother in laws health struggles and now the restaurant is just but a memory.

Today is great day for all of us to get together and make pizza. The pizzas are made often and the recipes will definitely carry down with our children for many generations to come.

Pizza can be a fun and healthy adventure for the whole family to participate in.
White doughy pizza crust can be substituted for whole grain healthy crust. Good choices of meat can replace fatty Salomi's and peperoni's, and also not contain the harmful nitrates and MSG known to be heavy laden in these fatty deli meats.
Veggies can decorate and brighten the pizza to being a show piece. Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese can offer good protein and a good source of calcium. Here's a sample of what a healthy and yummy pizza could be:

Whole Grain Crust:1 Tab Yeast in 1 cup warm water with 1T. Honey. Add 2 1'2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and 2Tab of Flax seed meal. Add 1teaspoon salt(optional), 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil. Mix into a ball. Knead for 2 mins then put in bowl and let it set for 45 mins until it doubles in size.

Pizza Sauce: 16 oz can of tomato sauce. 1t. each of: garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil, rosemary and parsley. Splash of Olive Oil. Put on stove until it boils, and take off stove. Let flavors of the herbs soak into the sauce. Red peppers are optional but are a nice addition to the sauce.

Toppings: Grilled Chicken slices- Flank Steak Slices - or any low fat meat of choice. There are also low fat Ham choices, just look for the ones with no additional preservatives.
Veggies: Mushrooms, Olives, Bell Peppers, Spinach, Tomatoes, Squash, onions ,artichoke hearts, broccoli....possibilities are endless.....

Don't forget to add your cheese....Bake 425 degrees til cheese melts.

Good news from our satisfied customers

Wow...I can't believe school has already started, and this month is almost half over. Life has thrown me unexpected stress and thrills. My husband and I finally decided to move closer to his work. Hello big city!. Moving from the small town of Thatcher, AZ to big city lights of Phoenix has really been a change. I've always been the big city girl, so I welcome the big excitement of what a large city has to offer. I think it's also easier to eat healthy in the big city. So many stores to choose healthy organic choices. I feel like a kid in a candy store. If any of you have any suggestions for healthy cooking, I would love to know about it.

I have had alot of good feed-back lately from Mobu Herbals products. One gentleman approached Lena and told of his accident this last weekend. He told her he had road raged his face up and was all scuffed up. His wife immediately started putting S.O.S. Balm on him, and he instantly found relief, and three days he has no sign of the accident ever happening.

Another guy was involved with his 4 wheeler rolling on him(men play rough) and the muffler burning his leg. After coming back from ER, his wife used her female persuasion to apply A.M. Pain Balm on the burn. Next morning there was only redness and the pain was gone. Later that day he called his wife at work and asked where the stuff was? She said what stuff? From the hospital...No..that herbal stuff. I love hearing stories like this. It makes all the worry and fuss from daily business stuff worth it all.

Thanks for your continued loyalty and to all the good news we hear from you all.

SKIN! Your largest organ of the body

Did you know that your skin is your largest organ in your body? I know it's kind-of hard to even imagine your skin part of a organ, but we can compare it so you will understand. Take your car for a moment....your car wouldn't go too far without a engine? Right? Now picture your hot rod engine just sitting on the block with no shell to take it anywhere? Now...let's build the body like it was a car. Our skin is the shell of our car. Without it, we would have nothing to protect our engine with. Our skin takes the most beating of our body. It filters out the harmful things that can attack our body. Have you ever wondered why some people have more acne or psoriasis or eczema or other rashes? It's our body trying to rid the poisons thru our skin. Pretty fast transport too.

I have lots of people asking why I started Mobu Herbals? How did you come up with applying topical applications to penetrate thru the skin?
My answer is this: I came up with this solution thru pure desperation. I was seeing lots of clients were who coming to me for parasite infestation. It seemed like all the herbs that I would give them orally would just pass right thru their body, unable to assimilate anything. I started taking my recipes that I would put in capsule form or tincture form and started infusing the herbs into olive oil. WoW.....WoW....How fast results came. I guess I never thought how fast the skin could transport something. Much to my excitement it's pretty fast to get healing formulas into the body.

Since this old tradition is back (popular in the biblical days of anointing herbs and oils) and now here in the 21st century I would like to encourage everyone to be more aware of things that go in and out of the body. When you start to notice the skin breaking out...drink extra pure water....eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits to help your body heal itself naturally. If you are experiencing pain use topical balms instead of reaching for pain medicine. Be good to your skin and it will provide protection to you for a long time. There are lots of topical solutions for your every need from Mobu Herbals. Shea Butter for natural sun block to natural lip balms to keep your lip moist. Vitality Balm and lotion for you to increase your energy naturally. Please avoid drinking energy drinks. So many young people are having increased heart beats, and heart problems due to the consumption of these drinks. It your tired, take a nap..drink a cup of green tea..lots of options out there.

Have a great week-end. Be safe. Drink lots of water, and be kind to your body.

Those pesty guest that suck the life out of the party!

Happy 4th of July

I hope everyone has been enjoying the festivities that the 4th brings....Hot Dogs...Hamburgers....Watermelon.....Fireworks....Family and Friends.....Temps soaring in the 100's.......and last but not least......Mosquitoes!!!!! Who invited them anyways?

Living in Arizona, we have special alerts of conditions to be aware of. We have already been notified, that the West Nile is being spread by those blood sucking bugs!!!! Good news, we can use precautions to help avoid the spread of this plague. Any standing water needs to be dumped out. After rain storms, make sure no puddles of water is left to stagnate. If you are going to be outdoors during the evening when mosquitoes are present, light a citronella candle. This smell alone sends those bugs flying elsewhere. There is bug repellents to spray on, or for the organic at heart...there's herbal sprays and lotions to put on to help repel the bugs off.

When you are cooking outdoors, make sure to keep food covered at all times. This is another way germs can be spread. After all the guest are though eating, put the unused portions of food away. Be extra careful of sweet fruits and dessert items which attract all kinds of bugs. Try to keep these foods covered or in the cooler or in the house to avoid extra guest buzzing around you.

If you are prone to get bug bites, one preventive measure could be adding 100 mg of Vit B Complex to your morning breakfast. Most people report that bugs do not bother you if you have Vit B in your blood. The bugs just move on to the next person.

When you are done for the evening and you find that you have lots of bites on you, avoid scratching them and apply X-tracting Balm from Mobu Herbals. The burn or the itch will go away, and in the morning your bumps from the bites should be gone.

Last weekend, my husband and I were going to a banquet with friends. We were driving down the freeway, when all of the sudden he started doing the potty dance like he was going nuts. He pulled the truck over, and ripped off his shirt....and out fell a scorpion! After the adrenaline rush was over, we examined the sting site, and he had been stung 6 times. His whole stomach was red hot, hard and burning. He started feeling dizzy and sick to his stomach. I immediately put X-Tracting Balm on him, along with giving him Benadryl, and what he noticed is the burning instantly stopped. 2 lessons learned for that trip. 1. Always check your shirt for hitchhikers, and never leave home without X-Tracting. It's a first aid ointment that needs to be in every first aid kit.

Cheers to a great 4th of July.

It's a Salty Summer

I just love the Summer Time....I know living in Arizona has it's pros and cons, but one of the pro's is "the swimming" available 24 hours a day! One scary thing that swimming pools can offer is the over abundance of harmful fumes from chlorine.
I've heard many times on the local news how pools have had to close down because of over doing it when adding the chemicals. And all you blondes out there, don't you just love the hint of green in your hair after your swim?
Ok...so what options do we have? Burn up to death from heat exhaustion? Make our body's more toxic from harsh chemicals?
Good news! Salt Water pools are becoming more and more popular. Infact, I just had a salt water pool installed, and have not once regreted it. You actually can get out of the water, and not have to run directly to the shower. No green hair, and no toxic chemicals to smell.
If you don't have access to a salt water pool, it's best to take a salt bath at least a couple times of week to help pull out toxins that you're body may have ingested. I think the bath salts that have Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salts along with other herbs and oils are the best. It makes you feel so good and is very luxjurious. If you are still faced with using a chlorine pool, be sure to rinse off immediately, and you can also invest in a shampoo good for rinsing out chemicals. Since I have blonde hair, I find rinsing with vinegar is helpful and also rinsing hair with beer adds great bounce and helps get out the chemicals. When I have extra time on my hands, I like to make a Chamomile tea for the final rinse in my hair. Rosemary tea is great for brunettes and redheads to rinse off with.
As with summer time safety...Stay Hydrated... Have Fun....Be Safe. Always watch out for the little ones in pools. Pool safety is a must!

Baby it's hot outside...Or is it your hormones?

As a young girl, I can recall shopping with my mom and her going to the freezer section and cooling herself off. She would always say, " Is it just me, or is it hot in here? " It could be winter outside, and you could still see the steam rolling off her body. Well, thirty years later, my daughters are starting to observe the same strange behavior I saw in my mom.
Welcome to the world of Perimenopause, and Menapause. What are these hormone changes that are changing my body? Some women are experiencing symptoms such as night sweats, mood swings, hot flashes, and in between where you can't decide if you're too hot or too cold.
Is there relief from all these screaming hormones? Yes there is! There are natural approaches that can ease your symptoms into mantaining a healthy balance. As a holistic doctor, I have women who approach me on what herbs to take and what natural program to follow.
The first thing to is to limit your intake of caffeine. Too much caffeine can make you jittery, and when you're experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalances, that in it's self can drive you crazy. Drink lots of water and healthy liquids. Sometimes having hot flashes and night sweats can dehydrate your body very fast without even being aware of it. I feel women need at least 64 oz of water per day to help maintain body temp and help flush out toxins.
Support group of other women is very crucial. You need to talk to others so you can relax and know you're not the only one going through this. It can be very frightening at times. It's actually funny to hear other hot flash stories, and to hear other women compare stories of their mood swings!
Natural Wild Yam products are good ones to invest in. It helps gently with easing the hormone imbalances in the body. Other herbs such as Don Quai, and Black Cohosh, and Red Clover, Evening Primrose Oil, are all good natural support to consider. I find the best support is those ointments that contain all of these herbs in it.
Finally in conclusion, keep in close contact with your health care provider. Get check ups and if any symptom gets to be to much for you, seek help. Get educated in natural hormone therapy and learn all there is available out there for you.
Mobu Herbals was created by naturopathic doctor and master herbalist Janell Cole. After many years of working with her clients and seeing the need for another way to get herbal nutrients directly into the bloodstream without oral form, our Penetrating Dermal Infusions were born. Did you know that the largest organ in the body is your skin? Did you know that your skin is the most absorbent organ in your body? At Mobu Herbals we have taken this ancient history secret and brought it back to the 21st century. Janell personally selects and test all formulas and makes them available to the public for fast relief from many health conditions. You can visit the website at http://www.mobuherbals.com/

Fruits, Fruits, Fruits...The Magical food for summer

Here's a great summer feel good song! It will lower body temp at least 10 degrees while listening. lol

Have you ever wondered why some fruit is in season in the summer, and then others aren't ready until winter? Mother nature chooses foods to help with what our body's need at different times of the year.

Watermelon, cantalope, peaches, plums, Strawberries, Kiwi's, berries.....and don't forget the lime in the coconut ( and drink it all up ) All of these foods contain high amounts of water and are great to help flush out toxins in the body and to help keep body temps lower.

Try serving a huge fruit salad for dinner. It's great for entertaining, and the whole family will love you for it. Make extra so you can have salad in the morning. If you add bananas in your salad, be sure to have pineapple juice or lemon juice in so the bananas don't brown. I love to ad shredded coconut in with some walnuts.

Experiment with your different fruits, and be creative. Summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors.

Drink to good health...and stay cool.

Baby it's hot outside! Protect your feet!

Living in Arizona, it's not too common to go barefooted, unless you're jumping into the pool. With the hot temp outside, the cement is boiling hot. It's very easy to scorch your feet. When I first moved here from California, I made many attempts to keep my feet bare. I've learned my lesson! As a holistic doctor, I encourage my clients to take extra care of their feet. I feel everyone needs to have trimmed toe nails, making sure there is no athletes feet (red rashes around the feet that cause itching and irritatation. ) People who are pre-diabetic really need to pay attention about their appearances of their feet, making sure there is no open sores or such. Professional pedicures are great if they are in your budget. If you've never had one done before, it's a very nice treat for your feet! One product from Mobu Herbals that is perfect for the feet is S.O.S. It's a antibacterial, antifungal balm which helps the feet stay soft and smooth, and will help alleviate any rashes and or sores on your feet. It has Tea Tree Oil in it to also help. Try some on your feet. Find the perfect sandal and go enjoy the summer fun.Drink to good health.....Stay cool!

Baby it hot's outside! Part two....

Yesterday in my blog, I think I let everyone know that Arizona is very hot. Scorching hot to be exact. Since I'm not in the resturant business of creating egg dish masterpieces from cement cooking, I better figure something else out to enjoy the heat and learn how to get in the chill zone.
I have come up with a great tea recipe that actually brings down the core temp of your body. Give it a try and you will be amazed how yummy it is and refreshing.
Iced Teas are great for summer time. Here's one of my favorite summer drinks to help keep you cool.
Green Tea Cooler
8 to 10 green tea bags (or mix 1/2 and 1/2 black tea )
6 to 8 peppermint ice cubes
sweetner to taste ( I prefer Stevia )
Directions: Place tea bags in 8 cups of water. Bring to boil, and take off stove. Leave tea bags in water until water is back to room temperature. Discard tea bags and add 6 more cups of cold water to tea.
To make ice cubes: I do this night before: 6 peppermint tea bags in 2 cups water. Bring to boil, and then take off heat. Pour this strong tea mixture into ice cubes trays. Freeze overnight.
This is a very thrist quenching drink and helps bring down the body temperatures in the hot summer months.
Drink to good health.........and enjoy!

Baby it's hot outside!

Living in Arizona can have lots of benefits...Beautiful desert land, gorgeous mountains, lakes for all your outdoor delights...fishing, boating, skiing....water and snow ) You name it, we probably have it. Well along with the good, comes the drawbacks of desert living. Baby it's hot outside! Get me a egg and we'll fry it up on the cement. My Chihuahua dog is even sweating!
Well, we've all heard the saying, " If you can't beat em, join them " So... sit back...drink a little iced tea and read further.

1. You need to stay hydrated. I know you've heard this before, but please just listen again. If you are thirsty, it's too late, you are already dehydrated. Now a days, no one leaves home with out their cell phone. How about a new habit? Don't leave home without your water bottle. If at all possible, try to be green friendly and take along your own polycarbonate water bottle. Refill it lots and reuse it lots. I started paying myself .25 cents every time I use my water bottle. If you think about all the times you run into the store and buy a cold water bottle, you could be saving up a bundle, not to mention the green effect it has on our landfills. Those plastic bottles take forever to decompose, if they ever do. Ok, now that we have the over piled high land fills taken care of, let's move on to number 2.

2. Sun safety. Now a days...safety is a must! From seat belts, to locked doors, to protected safe sex, to safety to prevent children from drownings, we are all about safety! Skin cancer is on the rise. The suns rays are hotter than ever. There has been some talk on the news about sunscreen causing cancer. In my opionion, not having on sunscreen is more cancer causing. There are Natural Organic options that are very skin user friendly. Shea butter is also a natural sun block to help with the dangerous sun rays. Along with protection from the sun, it will also help nourish and hydrate the skin.

We need protection from the sun! Hats to cover our heads, sunglasses with UV shields, sunscreen on our skin that is exposed to the sun, or keep it covered.
It's best to avoid the sun when it's rays are really strong. Try to stay out between 11:00 and 3:00. If you are outdoors during this time, be sure to reapply sunscreen 30 mins before water or sports activities, and apply it after. When you are done being outdoors, nourish your skin with some good lotions and or aloe to help soothe skin that has been damaged with sun exposure.
Don't forget about your lips! Keep them moistened at all times. No one wants to kiss lips that are chapped and dry. Personally I don't think lip balms with sunscreen is very healthy. The chemicals to block the rays in my opinion shouldn't be ingested, and that's what would happen with putting it on your lips. We all lick are lips. No one wants to lick unhealthy chemicals. Save the lips to healthy organic lip balms. Keeping them moist should do the trick to prevent chapping and scaling.

Well...that's it for the first edition for our hot summer blog! Continue to read everyday for much more fun and exciting info and news.

Have a cool day, and stay hydrated.

Jeff Burke is a great host and very knowledgeable about health topics that help us in our daily lives.
One topic that was covered today was the allergy issues people are facing in the Las Vegas area. CCC Balm from mobu herbals is a great product to help with allergy problems. Rub directly on the chest and lung areas to help promote better breathing. Many of our users of this product are turning to CCC Balm and CCC Lotion instead of always reaching for their inhalers.

Anxitety and Panic Attacks

As a practicing Holistic Dr. I get to meet all kinds of clients with all sorts of issues. As the question of the stability of our economy keeps arising, many people are having many signs and symptoms of panic attacks, depression and anxiety, and heart palpitations. The effects of stress alone can cause so much emotional strain on the body. There are some other types of stress that should also be addressed that can cause so much anxiety and panic attacks to ourselves. 1. Stress and divorce. 2. Stress in the workplace.
3.Holiday Stress. 4. Death of a loved one. 5. Post tramatic stress, either from the war, or something very eventful in your life such as abuse, car wreck, etc. Working through the hard times in your life can be a hard road ahead but acheivable.
Emotional support is always a good way to work thru things. Having a support system is so important because everyone needs the help from at least one other person to get through the tough times. Stress management is also a good thing to do. Look for the passion in your life. What motivates you? Take up a hobby that you'd like to do. Commit yourself for going for a walk around your block once a day. Getting fresh air can cure the blues. What about a family pet? It has been documented that pet owners are happier people than those who don't have a pet. Help someone in need. When you're busy helping other people it makes your problems seem so less important.
Try some over the counter herbal feel good products. Try some Kava Calm Balm www.mobuherbals.com If you are having a panic attack, rub a dime size amount of Kava Calm Balm on your chest to help stop the panic and the heavy breathing and feel in control again. Panic Attacks make you run away. Stop the anxiety and quit running from your fears. Take action with stress relief products. You can feel safe again. Some people who keep having reacurring panic attacks, find relief thru less intake of caffeine. Sometimes you can just get jittery and nervous from drinking too much coffee, soda's, energy drinks and chocolate. Try drinking herbal teas, decaffeinated coffee and lots of water. Take walks and take time out to enjoy each and every moment. Life is short and needs to be enjoyed at all times. If depression keeps bringing you down, and anxiety and or panic attacks are effecting your way of life, seek the help of a medical professional.
